Die Galerie am Lindenplatz freut sich, mit Traces of Light and Form eine neue Ausstellung von Garda Alexander zu präsentieren –
Eröffnung ist am Freitag, 11. Juli 2025 um 17 Uhr.
Bekannt für ihre präzise, poetische Verbindung von Malerei, Skulptur und Raumkunst, lotet Alexander in ihrer neuen Werkgruppe das Spannungsfeld zwischen Zeitlichkeit und Zeitlosigkeit aus. Organische Formen, elementare Farben und skulpturale Gesten verdichten sich zu einer stillen Reflexion über Wahrnehmung, Erinnerung und Präsenz.
Aktuell ist die in Zürich lebende Künstlerin auch international präsent: Mit ihrer sinnlich-reduzierten Installation One Moment to Breathe ist sie Teil der renommierten Ausstellung TIME SPACE EXISTENCE des European Cultural Centre im Rahmen der Architekturbiennale Venedig 2025.
Ihre Intervention im historischen Palazzo Mora schafft einen kontemplativen Raum – ein stiller Gegenpol zur beschleunigten Welt.
Beide Projekte – die venezianische Geste und die Ausstellung in Vaduz – spiegeln Alexanders konsequente künstlerische Haltung: Licht, Farbe und Form als zeitlose Elemente, die nicht nur den Raum strukturieren, sondern emotionale wie gedankliche Räume öffnen.

Galerie am Lindenplatz is pleased to present Traces of Light and Form, a new exhibition by Garda Alexander, opening on 11 July 2025 at 5 PM.
Known for her precise and poetic synthesis of painting, sculpture, and spatial concepts, Alexander’s latest body of work explores the tension between temporality and timelessness. Organic forms, elemental colours, and sculptural gestures coalesce into a quiet reflection on perception, memory, and presence.
Currently, the Zurich-based artist is also exhibiting internationally: Her sensually reduced installation One Moment to Breathe is part of the renowned TIME SPACE EXISTENCE exhibition, curated by the European Cultural Centre as part of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025. Installed in the historic Palazzo Mora, Alexander’s work offers a contemplative space – a quiet counterpoint to the accelerated pace of the world.
Both projects – her Venetian intervention and the exhibition in Vaduz – reflect Alexander’s consistent artistic approach: light, colour, and form as timeless elements that not only structure space, but open emotional and intellectual dimensions.
